The Albany-Saratoga Base and the Saratoga Springs community welcome you with a commitment that this will be the most memorable Submarine Veterans Convention the USSVI have ever had. The Convention committee along with the City of Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau, the County of Saratoga, and the members of the community are excited and are working very hard to put together this event for you.
